The school board would like to invite all the band students to the board meeting on Monday to be recognized for their achievements this season. The board meeting begins at 6:30 in the WHS Auditorium. There's a lot on the agenda for this meeting but our recognition will be at the beginning, so if you don't want to stay for the entire meeting you don't have to. Any student that does want to stay should wear something nice and be in the band room by 6:30 so I can let them know who is in attendance. Thanks!

ISSMA provides each director with an archival video from all of their performances, including state finals. However, at state they contract another company to do the video that is projected to the jumbotron. This is called the "multi-cam" video. We are able to order this at an additional cost. DVD's of this multi-cam video are available for $10 each. Orders and money will be due to Mr. VanPatten by Tuesday November 14th. Students received a half-sheet order form in class, please use this to order.
Attached is the schedule of games that the high school band will be playing at for Pep Band. Remember that Pep Band is a performance requirement that will be graded for attendance. If a student will be missing a game they are required to notify Mr. VanPatten as soon as possible. These games will also be posted on the live Google Calendar embedded on the band website.
