Today we're launching a spirit wear campaign through CustomInk.com! This is going to be a very brief trial run and, if it goes well, we'll expand our offering of designs and options and do a longer sale a little later in the season. We'll also do another general band program spirit wear campaign later on in the year.
Here's how it works (it couldn't be simpler!):
1. Choose your merchandise. For this order you can choose a short sleeve or long sleeve t-shirt ($20) or a hoodie ($30) with the design below.
2. Pay for the order yourself. No need to send in money!! You can also include an optional extra donation if you would like!
3. Choose your shipping method. Have the order shipped to the school for free, or pay a small shipping fee and have it shipped to your house. If you live outside of the area this option is perfect for you!
4. If you have your order shipped to the school you can pick it up in the band room.
That's it! There's no need to handle money, no need for us to purchase inventory, and you get to pick your spirit wear and sizes!
This sale will close at midnight EST on Friday August 24th, and orders will be delivered on September 12th. Unfortunately that will be after our first show, but we don't want anyone to miss out on their chance to order spirit wear so the sale will be running all this week. If this sale goes well we'll do another sale later on in the season for the ISSMA qualifying competitions. Pictures this year will be at 4:00 PM on Friday September 7th before the Rochester game. We'll start with a group picture and then do individuals and small groups. Terry Eberly will be sending order forms to the school this week which will be passed out in class. All students will need to be present for these pictures. ​

1. Lunch tomorrow will be at either Carol's Corner or Subway. Students, please bring money for lunch at either of those places. Perhaps your director might even be nice enough to buy you ice cream ;o)


2. Rehearsal tomorrow is a regular schedule, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

3. Friday's schedule is as follows:
1:00 - 4:00     Rehearsal
6:00                Meet at Pierceton Elementary (drop off in the side lot only)
7:00                Parade Begins
7:30                Students dismissed
Students can be picked up on State Road 13 just south of US 30. Anywhere past the end of the parade route is fine.
Dress will be show shirts (if they are here on time, red shirts if they are not) khaki shorts, white socks, tennis shoes.

4. Saturday's schedule is as follows
1:00 - 4:00      Rehearsal
5:00 .               Community preview show
6:00 - 11:00 .  Band camp wrap up party
Dress for the preview show is the same as for the parade. Bring clothes to rehearse in and ones to change into after the preview show. Dinner will be provided at the wrap up party. Only students and staff at the wrap-up party please!
