Tentative DeKalb Itinerary

Once again, this is a tentative itinerary subject to change. Also on this day we will be performing in the South Whitley Fall Festival Parade before departing for DeKalb, so it will be a busy day!

12:30 PM Lunch/Change (full uniform)
1:30 PM Stage for parade
2:00 PM South Whitley Fall Festival Parade
2:30 PM Return to school after parade; change
3:45 PM Depart for DeKalb HS
4:45 PM Arrive at DeKalb HS/Change
5:50 PM Circle
6:17 PM Physical Warmup
6:46 PM Musical Warmup
7:26 PM Performance; return to buses to change
9:20 PM Awards
*10:30 PM Depart DeKalb HS
*11:30 PM Return to Whitko HS/Unload/Clean/Dismissed
*All times with an asterisk are approximate. These are best guesses based on information provided to the director.

Notes for students

• Dress for both the parade and the show will be full uniform with show shirts under your uniform.
• We will plan on changing out of uniform after the parade to make the bus ride a little more comfortable, then change back into uniform at DeKalb.
• Plan to bring both a lunch and some food or snacks for dinner. We will not be able to stop on the way home since the show runs so late. Nothing will be open in Auburn that late at night!
