Three Rivers ParadeThis week we have rehearsals on Tuesday and Friday from 4:00-6:00 for the Three Rivers Parade on Saturday. Call time will be sometime in the morning, I am still waiting on a schedule from the parade organizers. I hope to have that schedule out to you at rehearsal tomorrow!
Mandatory Booster MeetingAfter rehearsal on Friday we will have our mandatory summer booster meeting. All students and at least one parent should plan on attending. While this does serve as our booster meeting for the month, we will also be going over important information about the upcoming marching band season and more specifically band camp. Since it will be during the dinner hour we will also plan on serving food, so come hungry!!
Help Needed!We will be going over specific volunteer needs at the mandatory booster meeting on Friday, but there are a couple of things I need help with before that!
1) Uniform Dry-Cleaning Dropoff and Pickup - Anyone who has a large SUV, mini-van, or pickup with a covered bed could greatly help out! Dry cleaning is done at the Village Cleaners in Columbia City, just off of Line Street south of US 30.
2) DCI Chaperones - We'll need at least 4 adults to help chaperone the trip. If you are chaperoning we'll need you to ride the bus there and back. Tickets for chaperones will be free. If you would like to travel separately we will be glad to sell you a ticket. Contact me if you are interested.
